A bit more about me

I am driven by wanting to a make a difference for all my clients. I have a strong track record of delivering successful change programmes and staying completely customer focused to support the overall success of a business.

From 1984 to 2003, I worked with various office products dealers and manufacturers, selling equipment to end-users and other dealers. I then moved into office products software, selling training and support for Legerdemain users.

In 2005, I started my own business providing support and consultancy for office products software users. My work has included sales, implementation and training on new systems, including Horizon, Legerdemain, Vantage Point and Oasis ERP. I have also worked closely with dealer groups and industry-leading providers of reporting software. I have strong working relationships with all the dealer groups and software houses that are prevalent in this space.

I have enjoyed being a trusted business partner and advisor to the industry and my customers, using my commercial awareness to deliver cost effective projects.

I joined the Stationers’ Company as a Freeman in March 2016 and received the Freedom of the City of London in August of the same year and became a Liveryman in July 2017 I am actively involved in the Stationers’ Company believing in the history and value of the business we are in.  Currently I chair the Warrants Committee and represent our sector on the Industry Committee.
